The elevator situation was ridiculous!!! It was out of service, and I had to lug my bags up the stairs. Additionally, the inconsistent housekeeping left me with a dirty bathroom during my extended stay!!! Maintenance needs a serious upgrade!!!

Just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Hendersonville with good value for the price. I forgot my phone charger and the staff happily lent me one from the front desk. Bring a few snacks for late-night cravings since the nearby options close early.

I truly enjoyed my stay because it was just a short walk to both Veterans Park and The Streets of Indian Lake, making it easy to explore the beautiful scenery and grab a bite to eat without needing to drive anywhere. it was perfect for my family with children who love to stroll around. The hotel offers comfortable rooms which made our one-night stay a restfully pleasant experience, but the front desk staff could be more welcoming during check-in to enhance the overall guest experience.

The room was spacious and super comfy for my family. Loved that it had a sofa bed too. we had plenty of space! The bathroom was nice and clean, with upgraded fixtures which was a plus. USB ports next to the beds were really convenient for charging. The overall vibe felt homey, and it was a pleasant stay. No complaints about the room at all!
